How do I check my Ticket history?


Answer:

The portal allows to check of all your tickets as well as all interaction with our support, including the execution times associated with it.

To do so, just go to https://mss.syscrum.pt and click on the login option.

If you don't have access data, just click on the Login option and then click on the Forget option.

An email with instructions for password reset will be sent.

Note: The email can be sent from the sherpadesk.com domain. The link sent can redirect to app.sherpadesk.com.
