I am receiving emails from the MSS System. Can I reply to the ticket by email?
Answer:
Yes. We know that it is not always practical to interact with tickets via the https://mss.syscrum.pt portal, day by day. The MSS system allows after creating the ticket on the portal, that all ticket management can be done via email for greater comfort for our customers.
